By requesting a quote, making a booking, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Quotes & Bookings
- All quotes are based on information supplied by the customer
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
- Prices may change if job details differ from what was disclosed
- A booking is confirmed upon quote acceptance and deposit (if required)
4. Pricing & Payments
- Pricing may be hourly or fixed
- Full payment is due immediately after completion
- We accept cash, bank transfers, and electronic payments
- Non-payment may result in recovery actions
5. Changes, Delays & Cancellations
- 48 hours notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
- Late cancellations may forfeit deposit
- Services may be delayed due to weather, access, or safety issues
6. Our Services
Services include packing, loading, transportation, furniture dismantling, and short-term storage. We reserve the right to refuse dangerous or illegal items.

8. Liability, Risk & Insurance
While we take reasonable care, moving involves risk. Customers are encouraged to arrange their own insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided as permitted by Australian Consumer Law.
9. Claims & Complaints
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
